The revised new version of the mandatory national standard requires gas cooktops to have the characteristics of high energy efficiency and low emissions, and to put personal safety and health first, while leaving room for the development of new technologies.
In terms of thermal efficiency, the new standard requires that the built-in cooker should not be less than 55%, the desktop cooker should not be less than 58%, and the integrated cooker should not be less than 55% when the oil fume extraction device is not turned on, and not less than 53% when the oil fume exhaust device is turned on. .
These indicators have been improved on the basis of the old version.
The compliant cooktops purchased by consumers will have the characteristics of high energy efficiency and large firepower, making energy saving a reality.
In addition, the new standard also requires that each burner of all types of stoves should be equipped with a flameout protection device. When the flame of the gas stove is extinguished due to unexpected reasons such as wind blowing or spilled soup, the flameout protection device will automatically shut down the gas source to avoid Occurrence of gas leakage accident.
The flameout protection device should meet the valve opening time of less than or equal to 10 seconds, the valve closing time of less than or equal to 60 seconds, and the durability is after 6,000 standard actions.
The new standard includes emerging products such as integrated stoves and household outdoor ovens for the first time to meet the new consumption needs of the masses.
Among them, according to the new standard, the integrated stove should be equipped with a flue fire prevention device. After the open flame enters the flue, the gas passage and the fan power supply should be cut off within 30 seconds.
