The reporter actually measured 69 APPs in seven categories suitable for the old version

Eighty percent of APPs have been remodeled, and there are still many phenomena of "fishing for old people" and "pitting old people"

Can't call up health codes, can't use mobile phones to make online car-hailing, can't use electronic payment... At the same time as smart devices and network technology are developing rapidly, many middle-aged and elderly people are "left behind".

Some time ago, the incident of "Grandpa bought me four egg tarts at the original price" was on the hot search, triggering heated discussions among tens of thousands of netizens.

In order to allow more middle-aged and elderly groups to share the dividends of digital life, since last year, under the promotion of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, all sectors of society have actively participated in "aging-friendly and barrier-free transformation".

Among them, according to the guidelines, mobile Internet applications need to refer to the corresponding design specifications and technical requirements, complete the transformation before September 30, 2021, and submit the transformation results to relevant units.

To this end, from the three dimensions of version entry, interface design, and use safety, the reporter selected social communications, financial services, news information, transportation that were included in the first batch of key aging and barrier-free renovation lists by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Guangdong Provincial Communications Administration. A total of 69 APPs were evaluated in seven categories, including travel, lifestyle shopping, leisure and entertainment, medical and health care, and application malls. The survey was conducted to investigate the progress and effect of the APP’s aging transformation. The survey was launched in November 2021 and will end at the end of December 2021.

At the same time, Nanfang Daily, Nanfang+ and Nanfang Industrial Think Tank launched a survey on the satisfaction of using the old version of the APP for elderly users aged 60 and above to understand the real needs and evaluations of the elderly on Internet products and services.

Q: How is the renovation progress?

A: Nearly 20% of the APPs have not been launched as scheduled for the old version

As of the end of December 2021, among the first batch of APPs included in the list of key renovations, nearly 20% of the APPs such as Dianping, Huya Live, Ping An Health, and Yiyao.com have not yet launched suitable old versions.

In particular, iQiyi, Kuaishou, etc. have been named many times and still have not been transformed; Tencent App Bao once launched the "elderly care" function, but recently it was offline due to "product upgrades and adjustments".

Among the APPs that have been launched for the elderly, Toutiao, Tencent News, Baidu, Baidu Maps, Sina Weibo and other platforms have developed exclusive APPs for the elderly; Developed a "senior model".

A few, such as Kugou Music, not only embed the "big character mode" in the APP, but also specially launched the big character version of the APP.

According to the latest statistics, as of December 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized 173 commonly used websites and APPs to carry out age-appropriate renovations, solving the problems that the elderly cannot understand, learn, and use poorly.

Not only that, in order to solve the problem that the elderly have difficulty in using intelligent products and enjoying intelligent services, in addition to retaining the traditional "face-to-face" offline services, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has also promoted the implementation of "one-click inbound" and "love channels" for the elderly. ” and other heart-warming services, which have benefited 70 million elderly users.

In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology specially organized and developed SMS verification travel cards, which solved the common problems of the elderly using communication travel cards.

Q: What is the result of the renovation?

A: Half of the "out of shape" do not "out of mind"

  Phenomenon one

The transformation is just "changing the skin", only the first-level interface is "suitable for the elderly"

In order to achieve the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's goal of "complete the transformation before September 30, 2021", it is not uncommon for APP to work overtime at the last minute to catch up with the progress.

In this way, the problem of transformation is superficial.

For example, during the evaluation, the team found that only the homepage of Dr. Dingbai's "elderly mode" has large fonts and large icons, and jumping to the secondary interface such as "AI Chinese Medicine" and "Nurse Home" will restore to small fonts and small icons; The homepage of China Merchants Bank's "Senior Edition" is simple in design and clearly divided into functional blocks, but it is immediately "returned to its original shape" after clicking on the secondary interface such as "City Service".

There are also apps that "hide deeper".

Taking Alipay as an example, the second-level interface is still in large font in the "elders mode", but click on "Citizen Center" on the home page - the third-level interface such as provident fund, social security, medical insurance, etc. will return to small fonts; the situation of China Construction Bank Similarly, the “All Services” on the homepage—precious metals, insurance, and Jinjintong and other three-level interfaces are still in small fonts.

After entering the "Care Edition" of the telecom business hall, you need to click the "Open Care Edition by default" button, otherwise, restart the APP and enter the normal version again; the same situation exists in the "Care Edition" of Ctrip.

"WeDoctor" is to automatically enter the standard mode after restarting the APP after turning on the "Elder Mode".

  Phenomenon II

Switch the entrance "Hide and Seek" and jump 4 times to find it

"When users install mobile applications, they should provide obvious guidance tips for aging-appropriate settings and functions commonly used by the elderly." According to the "General Design of Mobile Internet Applications (APP) for Aging", the mobile application home page must have a significant switch entry for the elderly version. , or give a prominent switch prompt when entering for the first time, and provide an "elderly version" entry in the settings.

However, according to the reporter's actual measurement, only a few apps such as Nanfang+, Yangchengpai, Zaker, JD Daojia, and Agricultural Bank of China have obvious switching prompts when they are first opened; less than 6 apps such as Youku, Guangzhou Bank, and Guangzhou Metro provide suitable information on the home page. Significant switch entry for older versions.

It generally takes three or four steps to switch from the normal mode to the older version, such as Cloud QuickPass, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Taobao, and JD.com, and most of the switch entrances are hidden in the second or third level interface, which is extremely difficult to find.

Taking UnionPay as an example, users need to click "My" - "Selected Services" - "Top Recommendations" in order to find the switch entry of "UnionPay Care Edition".

In some suitable old apps with search function, searching for "elderly version", "care version", etc. will not directly reach the suitable old version, but will find various advertisements.

For example, if you enter "large-character version", "elderly version", "care version" in the search box of China Telecom (Telecom Business Hall) APP, not only can you not find the switch entry, but you will get the results recommended by the elderly machine.

According to a survey conducted by Nanfang Daily, Nanfang+, and Nanfang Industry Think Tank, 1/3 of the elderly have only “heard but never used the APP for the elderly”, and one of the important reasons is that they do not know where to download/ Enter.

Among the seniors who have used the old-fashioned version, the third most complained (25.5%) is the difficulty in finding the entrance to the “Elderly Edition” mode.

  Phenomenon three

There are a lot of misleading content that can't be avoided by inducing advertisements

According to the new regulations for old-fashioned applications issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in April 2021, advertising content and plug-ins are strictly prohibited in the interface of the old-fashioned version and the separate app for the old version, and advertisements or temporary advertising pop-ups cannot appear randomly; at the same time, mobile applications There should be no buttons to induce download, induce payment, etc. in the program.

However, many apps "know that they can't do it".

According to the survey data of elderly users, 26.4% of them have encountered advertisements and promotional information in the process of using the old version of the APP.

The actual measurement found that the inducement information in the "elderly version" of many APPs often appears on the homepage, secondary interface and search results of the APP in a more hidden way, which brings more confusion to the elderly user group.

This situation is most prominent in lifestyle shopping apps: full discounts for various commodities, preferential discounts for merchants, and discounts for platform members... From banner pop-ups to information flow advertisements, there is almost nowhere for all kinds of information to induce consumption. not.

For example, on the homepage of Taobao's "Elders Edition", consumption-inducing advertisements such as "Every 199 yuan is reduced by 25 yuan, and the panic buying has begun" can be seen everywhere; the homepage of JD.com's "Elderly Edition" has set up two major categories of Jingdong spike and Jingdong live broadcast during the "Double Twelve" period In the functional area, consumers are attracted by words such as "Breakthrough of Popular Products" and "Super Value Live Room"; in addition to the "30% off Crazy Grab" column on the homepage of Vipshop's "Senior Edition", there is also a platform for membership. Advertisement "Buy the annual card from 199 yuan to 79 yuan".

In addition, there is a lot of misleading information.

Taobao's "Elders Edition" has many advertisements such as "gold coins for money" and "fruits", which make users mistakenly think that it is a free benefit, but in fact, users can only "plant" by planting trees, watering and accumulating to a certain stage. Fruits come out, and the nutrients and water needed for planting trees need to be obtained through shopping and consumption.

  Phenomenon 4

Is the function "one size fits all" suitable for the old version to become a "dumb version"?

On the one hand, the functions are too complicated and there are too many inducing content. On the other hand, some developers have implemented a “one size fits all” version of the application, and the social and social participation functions that some elderly may need have been completely cancelled in the old version. .

For example, after the doctor's online "elderly mode" is activated, convenient services such as general outpatient clinics, specialist outpatient clinics, appointment registration, and quick doctor consultations disappear, leaving only a function of telephone consultation (exclusive consultant), and users who click on consultation must use voice to text. Or communicate with consultants directly by typing input. The APP does not support the function of one-key calling; Kugou Music's "big character mode" only retains two functional sections of "listening" and "me", and the elderly can only listen to songs, but not Post a comment or browse the comments section.

In addition, practical social functions such as "friends singing" and real-time K songs have also been cancelled.

In addition, after opening the "Minimalist Mode" of the Xiaomi mobile phone and then entering the Xiaomi App Store, you will find that the user's comments and scoring functions on the original APP download interface have disappeared; the old version of Doctor Dingbai has canceled the "discovery" module.

Some gerontologists believe that in the process of using Internet applications and services, in addition to the needs of convenience and safety, the elderly also need psychological support and social interaction.

Because of this, a "one-size-fits-all" approach is not advisable when advancing the retrofit for older versions. App developers should proceed from the actual needs of the elderly, and make a scientific and rational choice between retaining or discarding some of the APP's core functions.

  Phenomenon 5

There is a set of gimmick APP "Diao Lao" that uses watching videos to make money

In addition to the hard-to-find entrances and the still lingering advertisements, many APPs have also "deviates" in the direction of aging-appropriate transformation.

According to the "Report on Internet Life for the Elderly in 2020", short video has become the most important entertainment method for elderly netizens. On a mainstream short video platform, the average online time of the elderly can reach 1,500 minutes per month.

After the reporter's evaluation, it was found that some APPs directly turned into "short video APPs" after switching to the suitable old version; some also launched an incentive mechanism of "swiping videos for gold coins", which on the surface allows people to swipe videos and take benefits. , in fact, it is likely to make the elderly fall into "short video addiction".

Taking the Kuaishou APP as an example, when the large font mode is turned on, the "red envelope" window still appears on the upper left of the APP homepage. You can accumulate gold coins by constantly refreshing and watching videos. Every 10,000 gold coins "earned" can be exchanged for 1 yuan in cash.

Some elderly users have reported that this move seems cost-effective, but in fact, it can't "get much wool", and it only gets 10 yuan a week from morning to night.

Not only do they not "earn" much, but in the long run, the elderly are also prone to "short video addiction".

During the visit, many young and middle-aged respondents said that after the benefits of "watching videos to make money" in short video apps appeared, the elderly people around them became more addicted to mobile phones.

They believe that the older version of the APP should follow the model of teenagers and limit the browsing time of the elderly.

In addition to Kuaishou, there are also Baidu large-character version, Sina and various "extremely fast version" apps that have similar "swipe videos to get cash benefits".

The reporter found that the download detail pages of the "extreme speed version" of iQiyi, Toutiao, Kuaishou, Miaokan, Huohuo Video, and Huohuo Video all use "brush video to get red envelopes" as a promotional language.

For example, the Miaokan Express version prompts "Watching videos to earn pocket money", and the iQiyi Express version prompts "Watching dramas to earn money and get gold coins that can be withdrawn."

  Phenomenon six

It is recommended that the "unfit for the old" APP application mall renovation lacks sincerity

As the main channel for users to download Internet applications, it is equally important to adapt to the aging of the application mall APP.

However, according to the evaluation by reporters, the transformation effect of official mobile phone application stores such as Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO, and vivo is still not ideal.

Taking the Xiaomi official app store as an example, although the APP does not have a suitable mode for the elderly, after switching the mobile phone as a whole to the "minimalist mode" suitable for the elderly, the mobile app store also changes to large fonts and large icons. ;On the homepage of the APP, only the "Building for you today" column is retained, the information flow and banner advertisements have been removed, and the overall page layout has been simplified a lot.

The problem is that in the "Today for You" column, not only are there no recommended apps such as WeChat, Alipay, Toutiao, Douyin, etc. that are most commonly used by middle-aged and elderly users, but half of them are mobile games and blind dates that are obviously not suitable for the elderly. Dating apps, such as "Fishing Armageddon", "I am a big owner", "Siege", Soul, Jiayuan of the Century, etc.

Among them, there are many apps of varying quality.

Take "Fishing Battle" and "Fishing Battle" that have been recommended many times in the front of the app store as an example: in public channels such as Weibo, forums, and the black cat complaint platform, you can find a lot of information about these two models. Complaints and complaints about the game are mostly related to "false propaganda" and "induced consumption".

Other app stores also have quite a few problems.

For example, when the “easy mode” of Huawei mobile phones is turned on, the fonts and icons in the app store will become larger simultaneously, but the page layout and design will not change, and the information flow, banner ads, etc. can still be seen everywhere.

When opening the "easy mode" of OPPO and vivo, the app store APP has no change compared with the ordinary version, and the opening screen advertisements still exist.

Q: How difficult is the transformation?

A: The biggest test is that it is difficult to grasp the needs of the elderly

With the growing demand of the elderly for Internet aging-friendly products, Internet companies are also facing pressure to promote product and service transformation.

"The map application originally had more complex functions and technical implementation logic, so the difficulty and cost are not small when it is suitable for aging." Amap said that in order to polish the old version, the company had assembled staff from multiple departments. And set up an executive team, which took several months to finally complete the research and development of the version.

According to the feedback of Wang, an application developer of a news and information APP, when transforming the APP for aging, the technical difficulty is on the one hand, but the biggest test is how to transform it based on the needs of middle-aged and elderly users.

"The younger generation has left a lot of 'footprints' on the Internet. Through the big data system, we can easily understand the Internet application habits of young people of different genders, ages and occupations, and form algorithms based on this to flexibly Adjust the functions of the app.” Wang said, for example, post-00s click more frequently on popular science and variety show information, then the app will recommend more information content of the corresponding type for this group, so as to achieve “useful use”. The longer it takes, the better I understand you."

"The problem is that the middle-aged and elderly groups are not highly dependent on the Internet itself, and there is not enough Internet user data. It is difficult for us to grasp their group characteristics and make products that are truly suitable for the elderly based on this." Wang said that many developers of social communication, life shopping and other categories of apps also encountered similar problems during the renovation.

In response to this, some Internet companies have responded by personally organizing research teams to conduct offline in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys on elderly users.

For example, Tencent said that before, during and after the transformation of WeChat and other "care models", it carried out extensive research in the whole society and fully understood the specific needs of the elderly for applications.

Q: How satisfied are the elderly users?

A: Over 60% are satisfied with the old version of the APP

Overall, more than 60% of elderly users expressed their willingness to continue to use the older version of the APP, because the older version has larger fonts and icons, more concise page design, and more reasonable functional design.

Among them, 23.2% of the respondents were "very satisfied" with the old version, 43.4% said "satisfied, but there is still a lot of room for improvement", and only 6% said that they were unwilling to use the app or would not consider using the app at all. for older versions, due to poor experience, etc.

In addition, according to the questionnaire survey data, the financial service APP has the highest degree of transformation completion, and the elderly user satisfaction score is also the highest, with an average of 7.77 points.

Taking the Agricultural Bank of China APP as an example, when you first enter the APP, there will be a prompt of "click here to switch between the rural version and the large-character version", and the "version" in the upper right corner of the homepage can easily find the switching entrance, and search for "large-character version" or "" in the search box. The related words such as "care version" and "old man mode" can also be directly used for the old version; banner advertisements and information flow advertisements in the standard mode have also been removed.

APPs such as Ping An Pocket Bank and Guangzhou Bank also support special functions such as one-click dialing of customer service hotlines.

The satisfaction score is followed by the social communication category (7.47 points), the transportation category (7.43 points), and the news category (7.42 points) APP.

In contrast, due to the fact that there are too many advertisement-induced content and the entrance is difficult to find, the interviewed elderly users are less satisfied with the elderly-friendly versions of leisure and entertainment and medical and health APPs. only 6.37 points.

It should be noted that although there are still a large number of elderly users who have mastered the use of WeChat, Alipay, Toutiao, Railway 12306 and other APPs that are suitable for the elderly, the survey found that 33.3% of the interviewed users have only heard about APPs. It is suitable for the old version, but has never been used; 16.2% of them "haven't heard of it at all".

This shows that the publicity and promotion of the old version of the APP by the three major operators and Internet companies still needs to be strengthened.

  ■Expert round table

How to promote the integration of the elderly into the intelligent age?

On the one hand, smart technologies are advancing with each passing day, and products of the digital age such as smartphones and wearable devices are accelerating to the C position. Various Internet applications and services have made people’s work more efficient and life more convenient; on the other hand, the aging of the population More and more elderly people are out of touch with their digital life and are "aphasia" on the Internet.

How to promote the elderly to access digital life and share digital dividends?

Experts and scholars from Renmin University of China, Peking University, Nankai University, Sun Yat-sen University and other related fields discussed in-depth discussions on coping with digital fear, bridging the digital divide, and building digital tolerance.

Zhang Xin, associate professor at the School of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences, Peking University:

Overcoming Digital Fear: Giving Older Users More 'Positive Feedback'

Reporter: Some elderly people refuse to learn Internet technology on the grounds that they are afraid of being deceived or are getting old.

From a psychological point of view, what are the reasons why seniors are reluctant to access digital life?

Zhang Xin: Many times when we talk about aging, most of them refer to some visible aging, such as vision and hearing loss.

But in addition to physical aging, there is also psychological aging, which involves all-round changes in the elderly's attitudes towards life and emerging technologies, and digital fear is a typical problem.

In life, we often encounter impatient attitudes of young people when teaching the elderly to use mobile phones. Being "knocked down" by such words leads to a negative aging attitude, thinking, "I'm really old, so I can't learn anything, so I'll just stop learning."

Furthermore, the reason why the elderly are reluctant to access the Internet may also be related to their perception that the Internet is not highly relevant to their lives.

With increasing age, human cognitive resources also decline.

In this case, older adults devote limited energy to tasks they deem important.

What is important?

It must be closely related to life, and many electronic products are not important to the elderly.

Simply put, it is the difference in the input resources caused by motivation, and the input resources determine whether he can learn it and use it well.

Reporter: How to help the elderly overcome their fear of digital life?

Zhang Xin: I think there are two points to pay attention to.

The first point is that I don’t think the old version of the app should emphasize the concept of “oldness” too much, and use less names such as “elderly version” and “elderly mode” to avoid making old users feel “old” and generate negative attitudes and aging stereotypes, and resistance to learning to use internet technology.

The second point is from the professor's point of view.

Young people should learn to "empathize" when teaching the elderly how to use electronic products and Internet products. They should not teach the elderly with the mentality of "I learned it two or three times, and the elderly should do the same", but to recognize the elderly. Accessing the Internet requires a process, to lower expectations, become more patient, and make the elderly feel cared.

Wang Jun, associate professor of the Population Institute of Sun Yat-sen University and vice president of the Guangzhou Youth Research Association:

Focus on digital care: Only by "understanding the elderly" can we be "fit for the elderly"

Reporter: The transformation of many APPs for the old version only stops at making fonts and icons larger, and it is still common to have too many advertisements, difficult to find entrances, or “one size fits all” transformation of functions.

How do you see this phenomenon?

Wang Jun: The most fundamental reason why the transformation of many Internet products is very superficial and cannot be changed is that the designers did not think about the problem from the perspective of the elderly. The group characteristics of elderly users are insufficiently grasped.

In fact, the elderly have not only material and instrumental needs for Internet products, but also deeper and psychological needs such as social interaction and emotional interaction.

It is a pity that most of the existing achievements only make relatively superficial transformations such as enlarging fonts and icons. In terms of functional design, there is a lack of response to the emotional needs of the elderly.

The premise of making products suitable for aging is "understanding the old".

I suggest that Internet companies go deep into the elderly group and conduct some in-depth interviews and questionnaires to understand the real needs of elderly users for Internet products.

In the process of transforming and upgrading products, it is also necessary to maintain close contact with the elderly group. If there is any problem, immediately feedback and modify it immediately, and establish a benign interactive feedback mechanism.

Reporter: Internet companies often lack motivation when promoting age-appropriate transformation.

How to increase their enthusiasm for renovation?

Wang Jun: There is a contradiction here.

Internet products operate in a commercial mode, pursuing traffic realization.

However, from the current point of view, Internet companies judge that the traffic of elderly users lacks value and is extremely difficult to realize.

Since it is unprofitable, the motivation to promote aging-friendly products and services is naturally insufficient.

Therefore, in the short and medium term, the aging-appropriate renovation really needs the promotion of the government.

In the long run, with the accelerated aging of China's population, more young and middle-aged people who make good use of digital means and have strong spending power will enter the stage of old age, and the elderly will change from "marginal groups" to "mainstream groups". ”, the silver-haired people will become the target of Internet companies.

I believe that in the next ten years, the attitude of Internet companies towards elderly users will undergo a great change. At that time, whoever can grasp the traffic of elderly users will have the opportunity to create the next "explosive" Internet products.

Zhai Zhenwu, President of the Chinese Population Society and Director of the Population and Development Research Center:

Bridging the digital divide: terminal manufacturers are also responsible

Reporter: How do you view not only the elderly, but also many middle-aged people are facing the phenomenon of "digital crisis"?

Zhai Zhenwu: Not only the elderly, but with the rapid development of the Internet and digital technology, many middle-aged and elderly people are also facing backwardness. They will also have digital fear and rejection, but the elderly are more obvious.

It is for this reason that we encourage the whole society and all organizations to accelerate the age-appropriate transformation of Internet products and services, not only for the current elderly group, but also for the self in ten or twenty years.

Reporter: What is the responsibility of mobile phone manufacturers to promote the access of the elderly to digital life?

Zhai Zhenwu: At the beginning of 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a document requesting to focus on the special action of Internet aging-friendly and barrier-free transformation for the elderly, and at the same time to expand the supply of aging-friendly smart terminal products.

In other words, to solve the difficulties of the elderly in using smart technology, not only Internet companies need to fully cooperate with the transformation, but also mobile phone manufacturers.

The survey shows that the learning ability of the elderly group is often inferior to that of the younger generation.

Therefore, mobile phone manufacturers cannot expect them to "self-taught" and play with mobile phones in a short period of time.

Accelerating the aging of Internet products is on the one hand, and on the other hand, only when the mobile phone itself is more "age-friendly", the elderly are more willing to use it and use it as an important tool to connect to the digital world.

Larger screen, more concise functions, easier-to-understand icon language system, clearer operating instructions... What kind of mobile phones do the elderly need?

Mobile phone manufacturers need to enter the elderly group and further listen to their voices.

At present, many mobile phone manufacturers have also launched "easy mode" and "minimalist mode", which support one-click switching to large fonts, large icons, wide spacing, etc., and also provide special functions such as remote assistance. These are some good attempts. .

Du Peng, Vice President of Renmin University of China and Director of the Institute of Gerontology of Renmin University of China:

Preventing Digital Addiction: Guide Elderly Users to Use Short Video APPs Healthily

Reporter: Short video apps are becoming more and more popular among older users.

What value do such applications bring to middle-aged and elderly people?

Du Peng: Some time ago, we launched a questionnaire survey on the current situation and needs of middle-aged and elderly people using short video software.

The statistical results show that the use of short video software has become a living habit of middle-aged and elderly people. Nearly half of the elderly open the short video software 2-3 times a day, but the time for watching a short video continuously for a single time can basically be controlled within 0.5 hours to 1 hour. , watching short videos did not significantly affect their normal life and physical health.

Their main purpose of watching videos is to learn about news and facts, to be entertained and to increase connections and common topics with relatives and friends.

Through the use of short videos, middle-aged and elderly people can increase their sense of fulfillment and happiness in life, and can also enhance the connection with family and friends, and broaden the channels for obtaining information and knowledge.

Short video applications have important emotional value to middle-aged and elderly groups.

Reporter: After investigation, it was found that some elderly people used short videos excessively, and even fell into "digital addiction" because of this.

What do you think of this phenomenon, should short video apps add anti-addiction mechanisms?

Du Peng: If there is a phenomenon of Internet addiction, it is definitely necessary to intervene.

The question is, what way should we use to remind, whether this reminder works, and is it offensive to the elderly?

If we turn off all the computers and mobile phones in the house, and do not let the elderly see it, will it work?

For example, although WeChat Pay, Alipay, and credit card consumption are very popular, the form of cash transactions should also be preserved.

In the same way, although ETC appears on the highway, it does not mean that the manual service window has lost its value.
