The industry-specific labor union "Automobile Soren", which is formed by labor unions such as automobile manufacturers, has decided not to raise a uniform demand equivalent to "base-up" to raise the basic salary in this spring battle for four consecutive years.

The affiliated labor unions will decide the amount of wage increase according to each situation.

"Automobile Soren" is an industrial union made up of more than 1,000 labor unions such as automobile manufacturers and parts companies, and has about 797,000 members.

Regarding this spring battle, we held a central committee meeting in Tokyo on the 13th and decided the policy of request.

According to that, we decided not to raise a uniform required amount equivalent to "base up" to raise the basic salary.

By setting the wage level that each member union should aim for and flexibly deciding the required amount, we hope to raise the wage level and correct the disparity.

It is the fourth consecutive year that the "Automobile Soren" has not set a uniform demand.

In addition, the labor-management agreement is signed, and the "minimum wage within the company" that applies to all people working in the same workplace requires a monthly income of 168,000 yen or more at the age of 18, and the "minimum guaranteed wage by age" is 30 years old. The policy is to request a monthly income of 214,500 yen.

Akihiro Kaneko, chairman of the Confederation of Automobiles, said that all labor unions should seek a wage increase. I was talking.

The labor union, which is a member of the Confederation of Automobiles, will submit a request to the management next month.
