is a friendly economic time. Today (the 13th), I will be with reporter Han Ji-yeon. At the end of this month, I think LG Energy Solutions will go public. But are institutions very interested in this?

<Reporter>

Yes, it was yesterday. LG Energy Solutions is the largest electric vehicle battery company in Korea, and it was said that 'the biggest fish since Dangun' came out.

It is the first time in the history of an IPO of a Korean company that the units of Gyeonggi have gathered. I didn't feel like it, so I did some calculations. Even if you spend 100 billion won a day, it would take 270 years.

It is said that this amount of money was collected in institutional demand forecasting. First, let me explain a little bit about what institutional demand forecasting is. ' I mean writing something like this, and with this, the public offering price is set, and then the subscription for public offering shares is carried out.

The demand forecast competition ratio is expected to exceed 1,700 to 1. Investors will bet hard to secure the quantity. As the IPO price is written high, it is likely that the IPO price is also at the top, 300,000 won.

Then, does all the money come in, like 1 Kyungwon, or not? Since institutions are writing the maximum amount that can be ordered, the interest of institutions was high. You can interpret it this way.

So, if you look at where the institutional demand forecasting order amount had the highest before, Kakao Bank in August last year was around 2,500 trillion won, which is almost four times that.

However, although it is a slightly different story, there are also voices of criticism against this listing. Those are LG Chem's ant investors, and they made LG Energy Solution by taking out the secondary battery part, that is, only the net part from LG Chem.

If listed, it will be 100 trillion won. Although such evaluations are being made, these minority shareholders cannot receive a single share, and the stock has plummeted by nearly 30% from a year ago.

As the interest of institutions is so high, the interest of individual investors seems to be high. When can individual investors start subscribing?

<Reporter>

Yes, the public offering price will be decided tomorrow, the 14th. The general investor subscription is next week. It will be held on the 18th and 19th. It is important to choose a brokerage company when making a subscription for such popular public offering stocks.

You can only make a subscription at one securities company, because the amount allocated to each securities company is different and the competition rate for subscription is also different.

I'll have to go there to know how many weeks I can live. There are a total of 7 securities companies that you can subscribe to this time. We plan to recruit up to 12 million shares.

KB Securities, the representative organizer, has the largest number of subscriptions with 4,675,000 shares. Daishin Securities and Shinhan Financial Investment, which are co-hosts, account for about half of KB Securities, and the rest is about 210,000 shares.

If you look at the quantity, it seems to be advantageous to put the subscription in KB Securities. However, such a large brokerage company has a large number of customers, so competition is likely to be high.

Therefore, there is a possibility that a relatively low-profile securities company may have low competition, so opening an account in advance may be a strategy.

However, you should be aware that if the amount of allocation is small, even if the competition rate is low, if the number of subscribers is large, you may not receive one week.

LG Energy Solution public offering ends here. I'll let you know once again when the contest is open. To be honest, when I saw this article, I thought, "Uh, have I been deceived?" Are you saying that Hyundai and Kia have been punished for providing false or exaggerated information to the Fair Trade Commission?

<Reporter>

By any chance, anchor Choi Jae-young should use its own parts for car repairs. Have you ever heard of this?

<Anchor>

That's right. I heard a lot. So every time I repair it, I ask, "Is this genuine?" It seems like I've been asked a lot about this.

<Reporter>

This is not true, but Hyundai and Kia have misinflated their advertisements in this way.

For 8 years from 2012, it is safe to use the company's genuine parts, i.e. genuine products, as they are not included in the vehicle manual.

Or keep the best performance.

It may be defective or not genuine.

It was marked like this.

But is it good to use only genuine products? This is the part that interests me the most, but it is not necessarily the case.

Here, genuine parts are supplied by Hyundai Mobis, an affiliated company, and Hyundai Mobis is also used by subcontractors as OEMs.

However, if you put the name of 'Hyundai Mobis', it is a genuine part, and if you put the name of a subcontractor, it is called a non-genuine part.

Both have the same product and same performance.

In addition, the price is up to 5 times more expensive than genuine parts.

The more annoying part was that cars sold overseas were only marked 'if you use counterfeit or defective products, it will break down'.

I saw it as a domestic consumer 'Hogaeng'.

But this time, when the Fair Trade Commission discovered this, only a warning was taken.

There seems to be a controversy over whether or not to watch it.
