Compared with 2020, funds raised above the provincial level have increased by 20%, mainly for the prevention and control of sewage, air, and soil pollution, the management of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand systems, land greening actions, marine ecological protection and restoration, and comprehensive renovation of blue bays, etc. In terms of key projects, we will build a solid foundation for the development of green ecology in Liaoning Province.
In terms of establishing and improving the ecological compensation mechanism, with the approval of the provincial government, the "Compensation Plan for Ecological Protection of Key Ecological Function Areas in Liaoning Province" was formulated and issued, focusing on the Liaodong Green Economic Zone, to further improve the ecological compensation mechanism for key ecological function areas, and promote regional green coordination developing.
