From March 1, 2022, if the takeaway business has not yet built a "sunshine kitchen" or fails to use the "takeaway seal", it will be punished accordingly.
According to Article 29 of the "Regulations on Electronic Commerce of Zhejiang Province", if the food processing and production site is not disclosed in real time or the food delivered is not sealed with a seal, the market supervision and management department shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; A fine of not less than 200 yuan but not more than 500 yuan shall be imposed.
