  The ship is the first neo-panamax environmentally friendly 85,000-ton bulk carrier designed and built by CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipping Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huangpu Wenchong"), a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. and other performance indicators have reached the world's leading level, marking that the R&D and construction capabilities of Guangdong's shipbuilding industry have reached a new level.

  The "Jade Putuo" ship has a total length of 228.9 meters, a width of 36.0 meters, a molded depth of 20.15 meters, a design draft of 11.8 meters, a structural draft of 14.0 meters, a deadweight of 85,600 tons, and a cargo hold capacity of 106,000 cubic meters. It is suitable for loading coal, ore, Grain, cement and other bulk cargo.

  Huangpu Wenchong is the largest base for the construction and support of military ships, official ships and marine engineering in South China, as well as a leader in regional container ships and dredgers.

In the development stage of the Neo-Panamax environmental protection 85,000-ton bulk carrier, Huangpu Wenchong has maintained close contact and communication with all parties, so that this type of ship has successively won the approval of Bureau Veritas (BV), British Register of Shipping (LR), Det Norske Vessel The recognition of DNV and China Classification Society (CCS) has laid the foundation for successfully entering the domestic and overseas markets.

It is understood that Huangpu Wenchong has received 8 orders since this type of ship was introduced to the market.

The first ship "Jade Putuo" has been leased by a large US shipping company and will be mainly used for the transportation of soybeans, corn and other grains on the American route.

  Xiang Huiming, chairman of China Shipbuilding Huangpu Wenchong, introduced that as a brand-new upgraded product, the Neo-Panamax environmentally friendly 85,000-ton bulk carrier not only has advanced technology, but also applied advanced ships such as intelligent welding robots, digital docks, and simulated loading in the construction process. Manufacturing technology, the total construction period of the first ship only took a record 9 months, which improved the production efficiency and quality, and was conducive to the integration of design, manufacturing and service for shipbuilding enterprises.
