756 million dirhams, the actions of Dubai real estate today

The value of real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 756 million dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 267 pledges of allegiance worth 555.57 million dirhams, including 53 pledges of land with a value of 148.93 million dirhams, and 214 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 406.64 million dirhams.

The most important land pledges were worth 30 million dirhams in the Saih Shuaib 2 area, followed by a pledge of 8 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by a 6 million dirhams pledge in Wadi Al-Safa 5.

Jebel Ali First region topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with 34 pledges worth 72 million dirhams, followed by Al-Habiya Fifth area with 4 pledges of 7 million dirhams, and the third in Al Yafra 3, with 3 pledges worth 3 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the Fifth Al Thanya area.

Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 40 pledges worth 130 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay area with 22 pledges of 23 million dirhams, and the third in Jebel Ali First, with 17 pledges worth 10 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 165.15 million dirhams, including 8 mortgages of land with a value of 11.97 million dirhams and 50 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 153.18 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 9 donations worth 36.19 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which were in Al Warqa First area with a value of 28 million dirhams and another in the Business Bay area with a value of 3 million dirhams.
