According to the introduction of China National Railway Group, under the new train operation map, 96 additional pairs of passenger trains and 65 additional pairs of freight trains will be operated.
After the map adjustment, the total number of passenger and freight trains running across the country reached 5,231 pairs and 10,606 pairs respectively.
Xintu passenger train tickets have been on sale from December 27, 2021.
China National Railway Group said that it will use 25 new power centralized EMUs to drive 35 additional EMU trains on 14 existing ordinary-speed lines such as Beijing to Harbin.
5 pairs of trains will be added to the southern section of the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway, 1 pair will be added to each of Shenzhen North to Zhengzhou East (Luoyang Longmen), Xuzhou East, and Wuhan, and 1 pair will be added to each of Guangzhou South to Shangqiu and Zhangjiajie West.
The train operation structure of the Nanchang-Jiujiang intercity railway was optimized, and the number of passenger cars on the whole line reached 116, an increase of 12 pairs compared with that before the map adjustment.
The train routes in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen area were optimized, with 166.5 pairs of trains on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed railway, an increase of 1.5 pairs compared with the current map; 111 pairs of EMU trains on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen line map, an increase of 24 pairs compared with the current map.
Arrange for the Nanning to Beihai railway to run at a speed of 250 kilometers per hour.
At the same time, the use of new line resources such as the China-Laos Railway will further enhance the regional transportation capacity.
Among them, the Kunming-Mohan section of the China-Laos Railway has reached 28 pairs of mobile trains and 12 pairs of freight trains, the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway Ganshen section has operated 100 mobile trains, and the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway Anjiu section has operated 24 mobile trains. The first privately-held high-speed railway in China, the Hangzhou-Taiwan high-speed railway, has reached 35 equivalency trains.
These high-speed rail lines shorten the time
In this map adjustment, China National Railway Group took advantage of the new channel of the southern section of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway that was basically formed after the opening of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway Anjiu and Ganshen sections, and took measures such as opening more trains and extending the section of existing trains to increase the number of Nanchang in the central and eastern regions. There are 48 pairs of EMU trains from cities such as , Hefei, Nanjing, Shanghai to the Guangzhou-Shenzhen area, which further enhances the high-speed rail transportation capacity from the central and eastern areas to the Guangzhou-Shenzhen area.

From Nanchang west to Shenzhen North via Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed rail, the fastest time is 3 hours and 30 minutes, which is 1 hour and 8 minutes faster than the existing Shanghai-Kunming and Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rails;
From Hefei South to Shenzhen via the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed rail, the fastest reach is 6 hours and 48 minutes, which is 2 hours and 15 minutes faster than the existing Hefei-Fuzhou high-speed rail and Hangzhou-Shenzhen high-speed rail;
Nanjing South via Ning'an, Beijing-Hong Kong High-speed Railway Anjiu Section and Changjiu Intercity, Chang-Gan High-speed Railway, Beijing-Hong Kong High-speed Railway Ganshen Section to Shenzhen, the fastest 7 hours and 43 minutes to reach Shenzhen Fu, Nanlong, Longzhang, Hangzhou-Shenzhen high-speed rail express 3 hours 07 minutes;
Shanghai Hongqiao can be reached in 6 hours and 50 minutes via the Shanghai-Kunming, Chang-Gan, and Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railways, which is 1 hour and 14 minutes faster than the existing Shanghai-Kunming and Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railways.

12306 There are new changes in ticket purchase and refund
The 2022 railway Spring Festival travel starts on January 17 and ends on February 25, with a total of 40 days; train tickets for the first day of the Spring Festival travel have been sold on January 3.
According to the National Railway Group, during the Spring Festival travel period this year, the national railways are expected to send 280 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 28.5%.
In order to adapt to the travel rules of passengers under the conditions of epidemic prevention and control, the railway department has improved the measures for ticket sales and refund and change services.
In terms of ticket purchases, the ticketing service hours of the 12306 website (including the mobile client) have been adjusted from 5:00 to 23:30 every day to 5:00 to 1:00 the next morning (except every Tuesday), which will be extended by 2 hours.
Adjust the latest deadline for standby ticket purchases from 6 hours before driving to 2 hours; provide passengers with temporary electronic identity certificates for boarding.
In terms of ticket refund, a 24-hour online ticket refund service is provided. The deadline for refund is extended from 25 minutes before the departure time at the bus station to before departure, and the 12306 client-side login-free refund channel is added.
In terms of rebooking, the post-driving ticket rebooking business, which can only be processed at the ticket issuing station, has been added to the online processing channel. At the same time, the electronic ticket rebooking function has been added to the self-service ticketing terminal.
The railway department stated that it will allocate transport capacity in a timely manner according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control and changes in passenger flow, and continuously improve service measures.
