2.5 billion dirhams, the value of real estate transactions in Dubai today, Friday
Today, Friday, the Dubai Land Department registered real estate transactions with a total value of two billion and 527 million and 580 thousand dirhams, according to the Director General of the Department, Sultan Butti bin Mejren.
Bin Mejren explained to "Emirates Today" that the department recorded today sales of 173 properties worth two billion and 383 million dirhams, 392 thousand dirhams, while mortgage transactions were recorded for 49 properties worth 125 million and 25 thousand dirhams, and 5 transactions related to gifts worth 19 million and 162 thousand dirhams.
