According to the report, since the beginning of this year, the average recruitment salary of companies in 38 cities has steadily increased quarter by quarter. The fourth quarter of 2021 coincides with the school recruitment season, and major factories are competing for the salary of fresh graduates, which is also a reason for the increase in salaries.

The report data shows that, in addition, the median recruitment salary in the fourth quarter of 2021 is 8001 yuan/month, a 6.6% increase compared to the third quarter of 2021.

The mode is 5001 yuan/month.

According to the report, among the 38 core cities monitored across the country, the number of cities with a monthly salary exceeding 10,000 has increased from 7 in the third quarter of 2021 to 9 in this quarter.
