As reported by the TASS agency, which got acquainted with the document, the meeting of the committee began with this communiqué.

It is noted that the oil market is currently in a balanced state, but after the first quarter of 2022 it will begin to go into a surplus state, and oil reserves will grow. 

The document contains a recommendation to extend the oil overproduction compensation plan until June 2022.

The communique also notes that in November the OPEC + countries fulfilled an agreement to cut oil production by 117% of the plan.
