covid-19 vaccines

According to a statement issued yesterday, "Emirates Air Cargo" has maintained its unwavering focus on supporting communities, especially developing markets, through the rapid delivery of "Covid-19" vaccines, and other medical supplies.

To this end, in January 2021, the carrier entered into a partnership with leading entities in Dubai such as: “Dubai Ports World”, the International City for Humanitarian Services, and the Dubai Airports Corporation, to form the Dubai Vaccine Alliance, to accelerate the distribution of vaccines globally through Dubai.

Emirates SkyCargo also signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations Children’s Fund “UNICEF” in February 2021 to prioritize the delivery of “Covid-19” vaccines, and related supplies to support the “COVAX” initiative for the equitable distribution of these vaccines.
