A "faster and more dissuasive" system

“I would like a faster and therefore more dissuasive system by allowing the Labor Inspectorate to be able to pronounce sanctions without waiting for the legal procedure.

We are going to introduce an amendment (…) by providing for the possibility for the labor inspectorate to impose sanctions of up to 1,000 euros per employee whose situation is not in conformity, within the limit of 50,000 euros ”, continued the Minister. .

Prime Minister Jean Castex announced Monday the obligation to extend teleworking to three or four days a week, "for all employees for whom it is possible", from January 3 and for a period of three weeks.

A new national company protocol reflecting this change must be published today Thursday.
