Major banks are stepping up to strengthen their internal human resources development in order to respond to DX = digital transformation.

Of these, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group has introduced an online training program called the "Digital Transformation Program" for approximately 50,000 employees of the group.



We have prepared more than 30 videos to learn about the concept of DX and changes in customer needs, and from the start of March to the end of last month, about 20,000 people have completed the course.



In addition, we provide learning opportunities by combining various means, such as a program in which the system staff introduces examples of customer's DX conversion support through in-house broadcasting, and learning using smartphone apps.
