Second, improve taxation.
Huang Yiping pointed out that emerging industries have developed rapidly in recent years, and the government has played a relatively small role in them, especially taxation.

Third, social responsibility.
Huang Yiping believes that large platforms and large companies are not the same as ordinary companies. Large platforms and large companies should be advocated to be responsible platform companies. This is three allocations.
"Under such a framework, the platform itself can make a huge contribution to our common prosperity, but it also has some of its own characteristics, which may sometimes make it run counter to the direction of common prosperity, but these problems can be achieved through enterprises and governments. He also mentioned that since the epidemic last year, China's economy has begun to recover, but consumption has been relatively weak, which is also related to the issue of common prosperity.
Residents’ income accounts for a low proportion of national income, unfair income distribution, insufficient social security systems, and differences between urban and rural areas, which have led to the people’s unwillingness to spend money and affected consumption growth.
"What is the purpose of economic growth? The purpose is to meet the increasing demand of the people for a better life." Huang Yiping said that in the process of achieving common prosperity, efficiency is very important and fairness is also very important, but neither extreme is taken.
