Seong Dong-gi, in his 60s, who lives in a multi-family house in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, is worried about how to pay his taxes next year.

The published price, which is the basis for various taxes as well as the holding tax, will rise again next year.



The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that next year, including these multi-family houses, the national price will rise by 7.36% and in Seoul by 10.56%.



By autonomous district of Seoul, Mapo-gu had the highest rate with 12.68%, followed by Seocho, Gangnam, and Songpa-gu.



The increase in the reflection ratio to market price also acted as a factor in raising the listed price.



The standard land price will also rise to double digits next year and next year.
