780 million dirhams, the value of real estate transactions in Dubai today

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 780 million dirhams, and the department witnessed today the registration of 246 pledges of allegiance, valued at 610.89 million dirhams, including 23 sales of land, with a value of 107.25 million dirhams, and 223 sales of apartments and villas, with a value of 503.64 million dirhams.

The most important land pledges were worth 14 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 12 million dirhams in the third Al-Habiya area, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

Wadi Al-Safa region topped the 5 regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with 4 sales worth 19 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region, with 3 sales worth 8 million dirhams, and the third in Nad Al Sheba, the third, with 3 sales worth 9 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 60 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 32 million dirhams in the Al-Markadh area, and finally a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, recording 34 pledges of 27 million dirhams, followed by Burj Khalifa, with 26 pledges of 85 million dirhams, and third in Al Barsha South Fourth, with 21 pledges of 18 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 151.82 million dirhams, including 18 mortgages of land with a value of 40.99 million dirhams and 38 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 110.84 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 10 donations worth 17.58 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which were in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 16 million dirhams, and another in the Al Yalayes 1 area, with a value of 792 thousand dirhams.
