The Department of Finance in the Government of Ajman has signed a cooperation agreement with Ajman Bank to provide the Ajman Wallet recharge service for the smart payment platform “Ajman Pay”, through the bank’s ATMs in the country.
Yesterday's statement stated that the agreement comes within the framework of enhancing joint cooperation between the two parties, and their keenness to support the digital transformation strategy in the Emirate of Ajman, in line with the vision and directives of the leadership, and consolidate the position that the emirate enjoys in this field.
The Director General of the department, Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, stressed that “Ajman Finance” is always working to strengthen the government’s partnership with the financial and banking sector, in order to employ various means of digital innovation to improve the quality of financial services, and to provide various methods and channels that suit different categories of customers.
Al Ali pointed out that the launch of this new service aims to provide ease and convenience in charging "Ajman Wallet", as part of the department's strategy aimed at enhancing the level of customer satisfaction and ensuring their happiness.
For his part, the CEO of Ajman Bank, Muhammad Abdul Rahman Amiri, said that the bank always seeks to form partnerships that would contribute to achieving the goals of digital transformation and improving the quality of services provided to the public.
He added: "The agreement comes with the aim of providing greater flexibility to customers and facilitating the shipment of the Ajman wallet, as this type of partnership contributes to enhancing the digital trend and encouraging the demand for it, which is achieved through cooperation between the government and banking sectors."
It is noteworthy that customers can also recharge the Ajman wallet on the “Ajman Pay” platform, through “Tasheel” centers, electronic and smart channels through the “Ajman Pay” application, the website, direct debit from the bank account, as well as the service centers affiliated with the platform, and Al Ansari Company. for Exchange.
