  It is understood that the relevant preferential policies are formulated in accordance with the "Several Opinions of Xiamen City on Increasing the Guarantee of Rental Housing for Newly-Employed College Students and Other Youth Groups".

Those who meet the requirements of "full-time undergraduate (including) graduates who are under 30 years of age (inclusive) and above who came to Xiamen for employment or entrepreneurship for the first time after January 1, 2021" or "confirmed by the districts (management committees) and meet the needs of industrial development Technical backbone talents under 30 years old (inclusive) (part-time bachelor degree or above) can apply.
