The

Ministry of Labor

has forced social agents to hold daily meetings after their last attempt at an agreement failed on Friday. Negotiation sources confirm the new calendar to this newspaper and assure that the Government has presented a new document to try to close one of the most delicate aspects of the reform, the temporality, but it has not been accepted by the parties. Sources from employers' associations and unions agree that in four new hours of meeting of the social dialogue table for reform, "there has been no significant progress."

Government representatives have indicated that the current pace, of three weekly meetings, has fallen short and that one meeting a day is already necessary to try to fulfill the commitment with Brussels to have the decree with the new reform published in the BOE before end of the year.

This is the calendar that the second vice president,

Yolanda Díaz

,

defends for now

, who maintains her political agenda at the same time and will be received this Saturday by

Pope Francis

.

A spokeswoman for the European Commission has insisted this Friday on the advisability of meeting the dates.

The Government had promised last Tuesday to collect in a new proposal the contributions of the social agents on the temporality, but it has not succeeded and has agreed to present a new proposal next week.
