The industry’s total carbon emissions control has achieved phased results; the emission intensity of major pollutants in key industries has been reduced by 10%; the energy consumption per unit value-added of industries above designated size has been reduced by 13.5%; the comprehensive utilization rate of bulk industrial solid waste has reached 57%, and the unit industrial value-added water consumption The volume was reduced by 16%; 10,000 kinds of green products were promoted, and the output value of the green environmental protection industry reached 11 trillion yuan.

  Huang Libin said that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the industry will fully promote its own carbon peak.

In terms of the industrial structure, build an industrial layout that is conducive to carbon emission reduction, and resolutely curb the blind development of energy-intensive and high-emission projects.

In terms of energy saving and carbon reduction, efforts are made to improve energy utilization efficiency, adjust and optimize energy use structure, and strengthen energy conservation supervision and management.

In terms of green manufacturing, through typical demonstrations, the green transformation of production models will be promoted and the low-carbon development of the entire industry chain will be promoted.
