Replacement and fully supply "Beijing 6B" gasoline and diesel.

The "Beijing 6B" oil product replacement has been upgraded without price increase, which is consistent with the current "Beijing 6" oil product prices.

　　In July of this year, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment and the Market Supervision Administration jointly issued two mandatory local standards ("Beijing 6B" Oil Standards), "Environmental Technical Requirements for Automotive Gasoline" and "Environmental Technical Requirements for Automotive Diesel Fuel". The regulations will be officially implemented on December 1, 2021.

The Beijing Municipal Government requires the completion of oil replacement within 2 months, and a full supply of "Beijing 6B" gasoline and diesel before February 1, 2022.

The "Jing 6B" oil standard is an upgraded version of the "Jing 6" standard, and it is currently the world's leading clean oil standard.

Compared with the "Beijing 6" standard, after using the "Beijing 6B" standard oil product, gasoline vehicle particulate emissions can be reduced by 20%-30%, hydrocarbons can be reduced by 10%-15%, and carbon monoxide can be reduced by 6%-10%; Diesel vehicle particulate matter emissions can be reduced by 20%, and nitrogen oxides can be reduced by 10%.

　　In order to ensure the on-time supply of "Beijing 6B" oil products and ensure the air quality of the 2022 Winter Olympics, Sinopec Beijing Petroleum formulated an oil replacement plan ahead of time to ensure that all links are closely connected and the replacement work is stable and orderly.

At the same time, it has strengthened its control and conducted targeted inspections on the entire process of oil product circulation. Oil product distribution vehicles strictly abide by the special delivery of special vehicles to ensure the quality of oil.

In addition, in order to facilitate the identification of customers, the company has adopted new oil product label color identification in the positions of the fuel dispenser and the oil muzzle. Red is 92 "Jing 6B" gasoline, yellow is 95 "Jing 6B" gasoline, and green is Ai Pao 98. "Jing 6B" gasoline, black is "Jing 6B" diesel.

　　Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical is the largest Beijing-standard gasoline producer in Beijing, and it produces about 70% of the total gasoline consumption in Beijing.

In June of this year, the company overcame difficulties such as the impact of the epidemic and the large amount of construction work, and adopted the catalytic cracking process technology independently developed by Sinopec, which took more than two months to complete the technical transformation of gasoline olefin reduction.

On November 20, the first batch of "Beijing 6B" standard No. 92 gasoline was produced ahead of Beijing's requirements; on November 29, the "Beijing 6B" standard No. 95 gasoline was produced.

So far, more than 35,000 tons of "Jing 6B" gasoline has been supplied to the Beijing market.

It is reported that Yanshan Petrochemical plans to produce 202,000 tons of "Beijing 6B" gasoline in December.
