Sberbank raised mortgage rates for new buildings and secondary housing to 9.3%

Earlier, real estate investor, realtor Artyom Soshnikov, in an interview with the Argumenty i Fakty website, gave a forecast for the new buildings market for 2022.

According to him, all the changes that took place in the market in 2020-2021, including the transition to escrow accounts and the growth in the cost of building materials, do not allow developers to reduce costs.

Also vice-president of the International Academy of Mortgage and Real Estate, Irina Radchenko, in an interview with Nation News, gave advice on refinancing mortgage loans.
