But the payment of this aid by companies raises questions.

Three weeks before the end of the year holidays, it's a welcome boost.

All French people who earn less than 2,000 net per month will receive an inflation allowance of 100 euros.

The first served will be the employees from the end of December, a bonus paid automatically with your salary.

For companies, it is an entire organization that must be reviewed.

"A precious time lost"

For large companies, the addition of this additional line on the payslips will be done quite easily, as explained by a human resources manager, since the accounting department is integrated into the company.

But for the smallest structures, like the manufacture of 49 employees that Pierre manages in Dunkirk, in the Hauts-de-France, precious time is wasted.

"It costs us money and then, the difficulty we have is that it is administrative work, so I have to put people on it who would otherwise do something more productive", he says. -he.

In addition to the paperwork, there is also the discomfort that can cause the distribution of this bonus to certain employees.

"We are going to have employees in the same office who will have the bonus, others who will not have it", assures Karine Lafon, owner of a company of five employees.

"My employee who is not going to have her, I will give her anyway, because I cannot, she to whom I trust more, to whom I give more responsibilities, deprive her of 100 euros than all the others will have."

This leader also believes that it is not the role of companies to pay this check.

She would have liked the government not to call on the private sector to distribute it.
