He said: “The authority aims to achieve a balance between the requirements of economic, social and environmental development, according to a clear framework for integrated institutional work to serve the community.

It seeks to be one of the largest contributors to supporting the integrated and sustainable system of volunteering in the UAE and Dubai, by launching and sponsoring a number of humanitarian and volunteer initiatives to support the volunteer work system.”

Al Tayer continued: "Within the framework of its social responsibility, the authority launched 352 community initiatives between 2013 and 2020, and to encourage our employees to volunteer work, we launched the internal volunteer program (I Volunteer) through the authority's smart application and website, in line with the requirements of the Dubai Government Excellence Program.. The program aims To enhance the capabilities of the affiliates in various aspects of volunteer work.
