In some impoverished counties in provinces such as Qinghai, the compensation policy income accounted for 65%.

The farmers and herdsmen in the 13 provinces and regions that implement the subsidy policy receive an annual subsidy of 700 yuan per capita, and the average household income has increased by nearly 1,500 yuan.
