Earlier, the head of the Central Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina said that the level of inflation and inflation expectations in Russia returned to the highs of the second half of 2016.

According to her, the Central Bank is ready to take the necessary steps to bring inflation back to the target near 4%.
