From January to October 2021, new construction projects across the country will start to renovate 53,400 old communities in cities and towns

　　According to news from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on December 1, the "Government Work Report" in 2021 stated that new construction will be started to renovate 53,000 old communities in cities and towns.

Based on statistics and reports from various regions, from January to October 2021, 53,400 new urban and old communities will be renovated across the country, accounting for 99.0% of the annual target tasks.

　　Among them, the areas where all planned tasks will start in 2021: Shanghai, Anhui, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Tianjin, Henan, Shandong, Chongqing, Zhejiang, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Heilongjiang, Xinjiang, Jiangxi, Jilin, Gansu, Qinghai, Hainan, Liaoning, Guangxi, Hubei;

　　Areas where construction has not yet started: Sichuan, Shanxi, Fujian, Guizhou, Hunan, Tibet.
