On the evening of November 28th, Haohuanluo published a description of the investigation progress of the "Food Quality Incident" on its official Weibo.
The description stated that Haohuanluo has established a special food safety investigation team on November 26, 2021, to conduct a comprehensive inspection of all food processing machinery, packaging machinery, food contact surfaces, food containers, and storage environments at the production site. The batch of products involved was traced through the entire chain, and the production process records and factory inspection reports of the batch of products were retrieved, and no abnormalities were found.
The Liuzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau went to the Haohuanluo factory to conduct an investigation on the morning of November 28. The investigation included: the quality of food raw materials and the storage environment, production process, production area hygiene, etc., and sampled batches of products (2021 September 16 N12) for inspection.
In addition, Haohuanluo has contacted the complaining customer directly, and will actively cooperate with the regulatory authorities to investigate and collect evidence in an effort to fully restore the objective and true situation of the product involved in this case to the public.
