It is expected to be available this winter and next spring. Supply 2.38 billion cubic meters of natural gas to the Second West-East Gas Pipeline and Beijiang Ring Network.
As the largest natural gas storage in my country, the Hutubi gas storage is the first large-scale gas storage on the second line of the West-East Gas Pipeline. It has the dual functions of seasonal peak shaving and emergency storage. Tight air consumption in winter plays an important role.
Since the birth of Hutubi Gas Storage, guaranteeing supply in winter has become its responsibility and mission.
In order to prepare enough "winter food", PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield started the production of the ninth gas injection cycle of Hutubi Gas Storage on March 18; on September 23, it overfulfilled the ninth gas injection cycle production task, which exceeded the planned task. 180 million cubic meters; the ninth round of gas production began on November 8.

As a national key engineering project, Hutubi Gas Storage was completed and put into operation in June 2013, and it was the first batch of gas storages put into operation by PetroChina.
Up to now, a total of "nine injections and eight productions" have been completed, with cumulative gas injection and production volumes exceeding 10 billion cubic meters, which effectively guarantees the supply of natural gas in winter.
At the beginning of this month, the northern Xinjiang region of Xinjiang suffered the first large-scale cold wave, rain and snow this winter, and the gas consumption of enterprises in Xinjiang and along the West-East Gas Pipeline for production and people's lives gradually increased.
In view of the characteristics of winter production, Hutubi Gas Storage has stepped up efforts to implement new well productivity, tap the potential of old wells, deepen "one well, one strategy" management, strengthen the dynamic evaluation of gas production well productivity, scientifically carry out maximum productivity testing, and optimize production pressure difference, gradually The maximum production capacity of gas wells has been confirmed.
At present, 13 natural gas wells in Hutubi gas storage are producing efficiently and orderly. It is estimated that 3 new wells will be put into production in December. By then, the daily gas production volume can reach 30 million cubic meters, which can guarantee the daily gas consumption of 60 million households. The population is nearly 200 million people.
