According to the implementation plan, long-distance charges for landline calls between Sichuan and Chongqing, as well as between cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province, have been cancelled, and landline calls in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City have been reduced, and the call rates in the above areas have been reduced to 0.15 yuan per minute or the following.
In accordance with the principle of information convenience and benefit to the people, this adjustment will extend the scope of cancellation of long-distance landline calls from the originally planned dual-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region to the whole of Sichuan and Chongqing, involving public fixed-line telephone services, government-enterprise fixed-line telephone services and distribution The voice dedicated line service of fixed telephone office numbers is expected to save users more than 30 million yuan in communication costs each year.
