At the inauguration ceremony, the Eco-City Intellectual Property Service Industry Concentration Park signed a framework agreement with the three service agencies of Ximing Law Firm, Zhiyuan Intellectual Property and Dinghe Patent Agency.
The park provides free office space for it, and the service organization provides comprehensive intellectual property services including intellectual property consulting agency, value evaluation, operation custody, financial transactions, rights protection litigation, invention patent monitoring and other services for the enterprises in the jurisdiction.
The relevant person in charge of Tianjin Binhai Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd., the operator of the park, said that the company will give full play to its professional and resource advantages in data resources, expert database resources, human resources and government service experience to comprehensively promote the development of eco-city intellectual property rights.
It is understood that with the rapid development of the eco-city economy, the intellectual property needs of enterprises have become more and more obvious.
Up to now, the total number of patents in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City is 1,834, an increase of 21.38% year-on-year; the total number of registered trademarks is 1,006, an increase of 13.5% year-on-year.
The Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Management Committee actively sorts out the patent and trademark holdings of enterprises in its jurisdiction, establishes an intellectual property service account, and regularly visits key enterprises to collect corporate needs and provide tailored services for them.
Through regular visits, the Eco-City provides 30 companies with free intellectual property custody services, helping 34 companies achieve "zero breakthroughs" in intellectual property applications. The intellectual property lectures and corporate visits throughout the year also provide companies with patent mining. , Patent layout and patent analysis guidance and other services.
