  It is understood that the "Implementation Rules" is led and released by the Beijing High-level Autonomous Driving Demonstration Zone Office, which mainly provides a full range of commercial travel services for enterprises in terms of application review, pilot management, network data security, service supervision and violation management.   It is reported that Baidu Apollo is the first batch of companies in Beijing approved to carry out commercial charging operations.

On November 25, the first day when the charging function was pushed to the public, a Beijing Yizhuang resident used Baidu's Apollo autonomous driving service platform "Carrot Run" to complete the first payment.
