7 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions in a week

During the past week, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than seven billion dirhams.

And the weekly report of actions issued by the department, yesterday, stated that 1,850 pledges of allegiance were recorded, with a value of 4.85 billion dirhams, of which 166 pledged allegiance to land, with a value of 1.01 billion dirhams, and 1684 allegiance to apartments and villas, with a value of 3.83 billion dirhams, while mortgages recorded a value of 1.97 billion dirhams, while donations witnessed a record of 71. A gift of 246.86 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came in the Fifth Habiya area, where two pledges were recorded: the first with a value of 131 million dirhams, and the second with a value of 124 million dirhams, followed by a pledge of 63 million dirhams in the "Island 2" area.

"Jebel Ali First" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 37 pledges of 77 million dirhams, followed by the third Nad Al Sheba area with 29 pledges of 79 million dirhams, and the third in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, with 12 pledges of 144 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 45 million dirhams in the second Nad Al Sheba area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 40 million dirhams in the Al Manara area, and finally a pledge of 40 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 285 sales, worth 624 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina, with 206 sales, with 575 million dirhams, and the third in "Al Habiya Fourth", with 124 pledges, worth 239 million dirhams.
