Taking its name from the first bicycle marketed by Vaclav Laurin and Vaclav Klement (founders of Skoda) at the end of the 19th century, the Slavia is a 4.54m 4-door sedan inspired by the Fabia.

In particular, it has LED headlights, digital instrumentation, mood lighting, etc.

With a capacity of 521 liters, its trunk can climb up to 1,050 liters when the rear seats are folded down.

No diesel mechanics on the program but two petrol units: the 1.0 TSI of 115 hp and the 1.5 TSI of 150 hp associated with a 6-speed manual gearbox or the 7-speed DSG transmission (1.5 TSI exclusively).

The bad news?

It will only be intended for the ... Indian market!

The Skoda Slavia will be manufactured locally at the Pune plant, with 95% Indian components.
