"SANAD" unveils 4 contracts during "Dubai Aviation"

Mansour Janahi, Executive Vice President of Sanad, which specializes in the maintenance and rental of aviation engines and components, said that the company will announce this week at the Dubai Airshow the signing of four contracts, explaining that two of the contracts will consolidate the company's position in the regional markets to expand activity in the region. The region, while the third contract is related to technologies, and comes as confirmation of the importance of technology in the group’s operations to improve operational efficiency, while the fourth contract is a financing deal that is a credit facility that reflects the solid position enjoyed by “Sanad” by the banking sector, despite the current circumstances imposed by the pandemic. on the sector globally.

Janahi added on the sidelines of the exhibition, yesterday, that “SANAD” is currently preparing for the post-pandemic phase in light of the expectations of a return to the recovery of the aviation sector globally during the coming period, taking into account that the aviation market in the Middle East is recording the second largest growth rate after Asian markets.

And he indicated that the value of contract commitments signed by "SANAD" since 2018 so far, exceeds 27 billion dirhams with major manufacturers, including a maintenance contract for one of the engines from Pratt & Whitney, worth one billion dirhams, which was signed last year at the height of the pandemic.

Janahi stated that the company succeeded during the past year, despite all the challenges, in continuing to work and its operations did not stop, and the establishment of competencies also continued.

He indicated that Sanad's success in the field of exporting knowledge is embodied in the fact that 90% of its revenues come from foreign markets.
