Dubai real estate records transactions worth 1.2 billion dirhams

The real estate transactions of the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.2 billion dirhams.

Yesterday, the department witnessed 450 pledges of allegiance worth 1.07 billion dirhams, of which 33 pledges of allegiance to lands worth 189.24 million dirhams, and 417 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas worth 879.51 million dirhams, while mortgages recorded a value of 158.64 million dirhams, while gifts were recorded 10 gifts worth 19.93 million dirhams .

The most important land sales of 30 million dirhams in the “Jumeirah First” area, followed by a pledge of 21 million dirhams in the same area, and then 16 million dirhams in the “Wadi Al-Safa 6” area.

"Nad Al Sheba Third" region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, with six sales worth 16 million dirhams, followed by "Nad Al Sheba First" area with four sales worth 17 million dirhams.

A pledge of 24 million dirhams came in the "Palm Jumeirah" area, as the most important sales of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the same area.

In turn, "Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, after it recorded 116 sales, worth 238 million dirhams.
