The deadline for reporting and payment is from the 1st to the 15th of the following month.



The tax base for the property tax for one household per household has been raised from 900 million won to 1.1 billion won.



The Democratic Party's Real Estate Special Committee predicted that the total number of taxpayers would be 765,000.



It is predicted that the tax revenue for the housing segment will increase to 5.73 trillion won.



The forecast for all taxpayers is an increase of 100,000 from the 665,000 taxpayers last year.



Property tax revenue for housing is expected to quadruple from 1.4 trillion won last year.



This year, as the official land price, fair market value ratio, and property tax rate, which are factors that determine the property tax, are rising one after another, the tax burden is expected to increase, especially for multi-homeowners.



The property tax rate was raised by 0.6-2.8 percentage points by 0.6-2.8 percentage points from 0.6-3.2% to 1.2-6.0% for those with two or more houses in the area subject to adjustment.
