The euro rate increased by nine kopecks - up to 82.95 rubles.
Earlier, the head of the analytical department of AMarkets Artyom Deev, in an interview with FAN, said that the ruble exchange rate until the end of the year will depend on internal and external factors, therefore, two scenarios are possible.
