Earlier it was reported that the FAS developed a number of proposals for regulating the fuel market in order to stabilize prices for winter diesel.
It was noted that these proposals relate to increasing the volume of sales on the exchange, reducing the surrogate, optimizing the transportation of fuel and adjusting the damper.
