It is understood that in order to solve the coal burning problem of the people, Hohhot City and Linger County established a working group to be responsible for the whole process of parity coal purchase negotiation, logistics and distribution, quality and price supervision, and to ensure the warm winter of local farmers.
28,945 farmers in Helinger County have a total demand of 57,890 tons of coal. Expenses are provided to farmers to ensure that the people have coal for heating in winter and can afford them, so that the people can stay warm during the winter.
