The sales price of second-hand housing in first-tier cities fell by 0.4% month-on-month, the same as last month.

The sales price of newly-built commercial housing and the sales price of second-hand housing in third-tier cities both fell by 0.3% month-on-month, and the rate of decline was an increase of 0.1 percentage points from the previous month.

  According to estimates, in October, the sales prices of newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing in first-tier cities rose by 5.0% and 6.7% year-on-year, respectively, and the increase was 0.3 and 1.0 percentage points lower than the previous month.

The sales prices of new commercial housing and second-hand housing in second-tier cities increased by 3.7% and 2.5% year-on-year, respectively, and the increase was 0.4 and 0.5 percentage points lower than the previous month.

The sales prices of new commercial housing and second-hand housing in third-tier cities rose by 1.8% and 1.0% year-on-year, respectively, and the increase was down 0.5 and 0.4 percentage points from the previous month.
