It is the season for picking Hericium erinaceus, and 300,000 sticky Hericium erinaceus in Liping County, Guizhou Province has a good harvest.
Walking into the Edible Fungus Industrial Park in Zhongchao Town, Liping County, I saw that the mushroom sticks in the greenhouse were covered with white velvet Hericium. The workers were busy picking the Hericium and sold them to Zhejiang, Guangdong, China Fujian and other places.
In order to speed up the pace of rural revitalization and help farmers increase their income, Liping County invested 5 million yuan (RMB) to establish an edible fungus industrial park through investment promotion, and adopted the development model of "company + base + farmers" to drive local people to develop the Hericium erinaceus industry .
Liping County plans to develop a Hericium erinaceus industry with a production capacity of tens of millions during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
