Gartner's presentation during the opening of the forum highlighted the Dubai Now application as an example of the joint achievement of more than 30 government and private agencies that worked together to provide the best solutions to customers and provided a unified platform that includes more than 130 vital services that can be accessed with a unified entry and according to easy scenarios And simplified to ensure the happiness of customers and their positive interaction.
