Today, more than 30 officials in the oil, gas and petrochemicals sector and financing institutions from around the world are participating in the seventh edition of the Abu Dhabi CEO Forum, organized by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to discuss a range of key topics affecting the energy scene, in At a time when Dubai MG Events, the organizer of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2021), revealed that the number of projects that had submitted for presentation at the technical conference accompanying the exhibition was the largest in its history.

The forum, which is organized before the launch of ADIPEC 2021, will be held at the invitation of the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, the Managing Director and CEO of ADNOC and its group of companies, Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber.

Al-Jaber said that the forum provides a distinguished platform for a high-level dialogue between officials of the global energy sector, discussing the outcomes of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (COP26), and exploring mechanisms for cooperation with the aim of providing the world's energy needs, and investing in a responsible and sustainable way in low fuels. Carbon emissions, to ensure global energy security, and to promote economic stability based on clean, sustainable energy.

In addition, the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) announced its full readiness to host the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), which will take place from 15-18 November 2021.

The event is expected to host more than 100,000 visitors and more than 2,000 exhibiting companies in 26 international pavilions, to showcase the latest products, services and technologies.

ADIPEC 2021 will also see the participation of 51 national and international oil companies, as well as 1,000 speakers from around the world in more than 160 strategic sessions.

In the same context, Dubai MG Events, the organizer of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2021), revealed that the number of projects that submitted for presentation at the technical conference accompanying the exhibition is the largest in its history. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Shumoukh Oil Services Group, Dr. Ali Al-Amri, said that the increase in the number of projects submitted reflects the impact of the pandemic in all economic sectors, and the change in the pattern of production and work, in the interest of relying more on modern technologies. He explained that the cost of the operations themselves decreased between 70 and 80%, thanks to the use of modern technologies, while the percentage of reliance on them currently in most companies reaches 30%. Al-Amiri stated that ADIPEC is the first preferred platform for companies operating in the oil and gas industry, to display their latest products, The same applies to owners of new ideas and innovations, each of whom is keen to discuss his idea or innovation during the technical conference sessions.
