The State Duma commented on the grounds for the suspension of the pension payment by the Pension Fund

She noted that mainly we are talking about certificates of training from foreign educational organizations.

“Unfortunately, the certificates from foreign educational organizations have not yet been worked out by the international community,” RIA Novosti quotes her as saying.

According to her, payments will be resumed immediately after the problem is eliminated.

Earlier, the Pension Fund of Russia recalled a number of cases in which a citizen may stop receiving a pension.
