After Takayuki Fuse, who was the president of Kirin Brewery, died of illness in September, the president of the parent company, Kirin Holdings, Yoshinori Isozaki, was tentatively serving as a post.



According to the announcement, the appointment of Hideki Horiguchi, president of Kirin Beverage, the group's beverage division, as the new president of Kirin Brewery, which will succeed Mr. Fuse, was announced at the board of directors meeting on the 9th.



Mr. Horiguchi is 59 years old.



After joining Kirin Brewery in 1985, after working in the planning department, he served as the president of an American whiskey company under the umbrella of Koiwai Dairy Products.
