According to reports, at present, the Sino-Russian Eastern Route (Yongqing-Shanghai) project, which is in charge of the construction project management branch of the National Pipeline Network Group, has completed the last section of the river beach crossing project through the entire Yellow River directional drilling project.
At this point, the five directional drilling crossing constructions of the Yellow River directional drilling control project on the Sino-Russian Eastern Route have been completed. The builders have implemented the spirit of the "four pipelines" with practical actions to assist in the subsequent joint construction of the southern section of the Sino-Russian Eastern Route and boost the entire line of the project. The connection has created favorable conditions, which is of great significance for promoting the adjustment of the national energy structure, ensuring the supply of clean energy in areas along the route, and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction along the route.
The Yellow River crossing project of the Sino-Russian Eastern Route Pipeline (Yongqing-Shanghai) is one of the important control projects on the whole line. The main construction content includes the crossing of the main river course of the Yellow River, the crossing of river beaches, and the remedial construction of crossing the Yellow River levee.
The main channel of the Yellow River is located on the inner side of the west bank levee, with a length of 1172.7 meters.
The total length of the river beach crossing is 4353.5 meters, which is a continuous crossing of 4 directional drills, and the crossing engineering grade is a large crossing project.
The starting point of the project is in Huguantun Town, Qihe County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, and the end point is in Guide Town, Changqing District, Jinan City.
The terrain of the crossing site is relatively flat, and the surface is dominated by cultivated land. There are existing pipelines Xuan-Ning Line, Jining Line and Lu-Ning Line near the crossing point. Among them, the Xuan-Ning Line, Lu-Ning Line and Lu-Ning Line intersect with pipelines, and the underground situation is complicated.
In order to ensure the safe, high-quality, fast and efficient completion of the construction tasks of the crossing project, the Jilu Engineering Project Department of the Construction Project Management Branch combines the characteristics of the whole line of the project and the arrangement of the project nodes, makes overall planning, formulates a thorough construction plan, and finely organizes the construction in stages. .
In view of the dense distribution of villages, many cross-crossing constructions, and long period of land use procedures approval, the project department took the initiative to speed up the approval of the cross-section construction land procedures in accordance with laws and regulations, and won the initiative for the orderly progress of the crossing construction;
The project department adheres to the creation of green pipelines and formulates special environmental protection measures for construction in the Yellow River area for projects crossing the Yellow River Ecological Reserve and Windproof Sand-fixing Protection Area, strengthens employees’ awareness of protecting the ecological environment, strictly implements the national environmental protection regulations, and strengthens on-site domestic waste recycling and During the construction process, drilling mud discharge monitoring and compliance disposal ensure that the ecological environment of the Yellow River construction area is not polluted;
At the same time, the project department insists on carrying out the engineering battle, vigorously organizes the battle to overcome the difficulties, prepares for a rainy day, does a good job of resource allocation and the connection of various stages of construction procedures, and orderly organizes the completion of drilling and reaming, dragging, pipeline main body welding, anti-corrosion, pressure testing, etc. All sections were successfully towed back in accordance with the requirements of the nodes, creating favorable conditions. It only took more than 120 days to complete all five directional drilling construction tasks from drilling to back towing, creating a new record for the fastest completion of the Sino-Russian Eastern Route crossing project. .
