17,000 € is the price at which this Ferrari 400i has just changed owners at auction.
Built from 1979 to 1985 at only 1,306 copies, this rather luxurious 2 + 2 coupé has a 4.8-liter V12 engine, developing 315 hp and 412 Nm. Uncommon on the collection market, it is not one of the most sought after models of the brand but its rating is still strong.
So what explains the final auction of “only” € 17,000?
This is the unusual transformation of the Italian: indeed, it was modified by an American coachbuilder, who transformed it into a limousine capable of carrying 6 people!
Recently overhauled in terms of its bodywork and its interior, the Ferrari has not yet been successful.
At this price, it remains a bargain, even if its line may not appeal to everyone.
